BUFFALO, NY (WIVB) - News 4 has confirmed that federal prosecutors have subpoenaed all Buffalo police records pertaining to Leonard Stokes' near-arrest two years ago.
The former owner of restaurant One Sunset reportedly ran into trouble with police for having a stolen handicapped parking tag.
Critics claim Mayor Byron Brown made the charges disappear. The mayor insists he did nothing wrong.
