Two men were arrested following a party that sent a 15-year-old girl to the hospital with alcohol poisoning.
Livingston County Sheriffs responded to a call for an unconscious female at Bowen Park in Livonia just after late Monday afternoon.
The victim taken to Strong Memorial Hospital with alcohol poisoning.
Sheriff’s Deputies found the girl and several other underage kids were drinking at the Park earlier that day.
Brett J. Phillips, 21 of Livonia, and Anthony Bertini, 16 of Conesus, were charged with endangering the welfare of a child and unlawfully dealing with a child.
