FALCONER, N.Y. (WIVB) - A woman living in the Village of Falconer is under arrest in connection with the death of a child in California.
Chautauqua County Sheriff's Investigators arrested Kristy Minasian, early Wednesday morning.
She's being held without bail until she can be extradited to California.
