SINCLAIRVILLE, N.Y. (WIVB) - A Sinclairville man is facing disturbing charges, after an incident that allegedly happened on August 8th.

The Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office says 67-year-old Robert Calvey had sexual contact with a two-year-old child at the Hillside Estates trailer park.

The sheriff’s office says Calvey was arrested without incident and was taken to Chautauqua County Jail in lieu of $50,000 cash or $100,000 property bond.
