BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - A 24-year-old Buffalo man could face 20 years in prison after pleading guilty on Wednesday to robbing a pharmacy.
Michael McCallum admitted in federal court that last New Year's Eve, he jumped over the counter at Clinton Pharmacy on Clinton Street and threatened employees, making off with over 1,300 prescription pills containing Oxycodone, Oxycontin, and Percocet. McCallum then sold most of those pills around western New York.
McCallum will be sentenced on December 19th.
