BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - A NYC man admitted in court on Tuesday to making harassing and threatening phone calls to Carl Paladino while Paladino was running for NYS governor.
Miles Fisher admitted to calling "Paladino for the People" campaign headquarters inside the Ellicott Square Building on April 13, 2010 and telling the person who answered the phone he was going to "bomb all of you." The campaign worker called 911, and police and fire officials ordered the building to be evacuated.
>> Paladino's then campaign manager said the caller claimed Paladino was racist
Fisher will be sentenced in August. He faces a maximum penalty of two years in jail, a fine of $250,000, or both.
