Man guilty of rape is back in jail

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - It took a jury just three hours on Friday to convict a Buffalo man of raping a woman after his accidental release from jail.

27 year old, Rasheed Milton was found guilty of of sexual assault and unlawful imprisonment.

He raped an 18 year old woman at knifepoint back in February, soon after a clerical error at the county's Alden correctional facility led to his release.

Milton will be sentenced in January.
