NIAGARA FALLS, N.Y. (WIVB) - A 33-year-old Niagara Falls man has been indicted for bringing a gun into the Seneca Niagara Casino.
The U.S. District Attorney's office says Mashama Hill was indicted for being a felon in possession of a firearm. On February 13th, Hill allegedly became upset with other casino patrons at a card table. He threatened to leave and return with a gun and was later spotted by security returning to the casino in different clothing. After stopping Hill, security personnel say they found a loaded firearm.
