Man pleaded guilty to identity theft

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - A former Independent Health employee has begun a prison sentence of one and a third to four years for identity theft.

Henry O. Johnson, III pleaded guilty this week after a joint investigation by Independent Health, Amherst Police and the Erie County District Attorney.
