Man suspected of stealing merchandise

AMHERST, N.Y. (WIVB) - Amherst Police are investigating a January 24th incident at a grocery store, where they say a male stole about $150 worth of merchandise.
Police say the suspect was a white male, around 5'11" tall, 170 lbs with dark hair. The suspect was wearing sneakers, blue jeans and a tan or brown Carhartt style coat. Police say the suspect may have left the area in a gray-colored vehicle.
