Man strikes own brother and drives off

BRANT, N.Y. (WIVB) - Police say they've captured a driver who accidentally struck his own brother and then drove off.
Police say 22-year-old Kyle White of Irving, hit his brother Jesse on Old Lake Shore Road in the Town of Brant earlier this month.
Jesse White has been upgraded from critical to stable condition.
His brother is charged with leaving the scene of an injury accident.
