GENESEO, N.Y. (WIVB) - It's four months of weekends in jail for two men who admit their roles in the death of a Geneseo State College student.
Alex Stucki of Rochester and Devon McClain of Mount Morris received their sentences after pleading guilty to criminally negligent homicide.
Arman Partamian died of alcohol poisoning during an off-campus fraternity hazing event in March.
Stucki also admitted he removed Partamian's pledge shirt so police wouldn't see it.
