BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - An NFTA Police officer, who maced an anti-war protester in Buffalo, has been cleared of any wrongdoing.
The NFTA determined officer Adam Brodsky was justified in using pepper-spray on Nate Buckley. A YouTube video shows Buckley repeatedly trying to pull away from officers, who were moving protesters off of M&T Bank's Main Street property. Buckley claimed he was unjustly maced, and is facing charges.
Brodsky was reassigned after the scuffle. He is now eligible to return to patrol.
