Local restaurant owner charged with crime

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - A Buffalo man, who is partial owner of a popular Buffalo restaurant, is facing serious charges.

The Buffalo Police have arrested 37-year-old Tri Lam, of Buffalo, overnight and charged him with forcible touching.

Lam is partial owner of Papaya restaurant, a popular destination in the Chippewa entertainment district in downtown Buffalo which opened in 2005.
