Paramedic tries to help, gets punched

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - A Rural Metro paramedic got more than he bargained for while responding to a call in Buffalo.

Police say 41-year-old Frank Ortiz punched the paramedic after Ortiz called to request an ambulance for chest pains. The paramedic is okay. Ortiz now faces several charges including assault and obstructing governmental administration.
