Parents force child to smoke marijuana
Witness took pictures of 2 yr old inhaling pot

SENECA FALLS, N.Y. (WIVB) - There are pictures of adults forcing a toddler to smoke marijuana.
State Police say it happened in Seneca Falls, New York.
A witness took cell phone pictures and turned them over to State Police, claiming that 18-year old Kristin Brewster and 22-year old George Lavare, Jr. forced Brewster's two year old son to inhale pot.
State Police have charged them both with child endangerment and drug possesion.
