Passenger in hit and run faces judge

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - A man accused of talking his girlfriend into leaving the scene of a serious accident, is facing a judge Thursday.

Earlier this month, Andrea Glinski was sentenced for the hit and run crash that seriously injured two college students.

Her boyfriend, John Pieri, is facing a misdemeanor charge of criminal solicitation.

Pieri was a passenger in Glinski's car when she hit the women last March.
