BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - Buffalo Police have solved a mystery after discovering a car upside down on the 198 overnight.
Police arrested 40-year-old William Barclay of Buffalo for the crash, which happened around 3 a.m. on Friday at the 198 near Main Street. Police say Barclay struck a barrier, causing debris to hit a parked car on Humboldt Parkway, then struck two light poles and flipped his vehicle. Barclay allegedly then fled the scene. A witness gave information to police, and Barclay was arrested a shot time later.
Barclay is charged with DWI, driving with a suspended license, and leaving the scene of an accident.
