Police try to solve unthinkable crime

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - Buffalo Police want to know who is responsible for an unthinkable crime.

Police said someone broke into the boarded-up East Delavan Avenue home of the Jackson family.

Early Thursday, a fire tore through the home, killing two men with special needs who lived with the family.

Police said someone stole computer equipment, a flat screen tv and credit cards.

"This really was a kick in the teeth to the family, especially with two deaths and now with Mr. Jackson being in the hospital in critical condition," said Anthony Williams.
