RIT student charged with "sexting" teen

CANANDAIGUA, N.Y. (WIVB) - On Tuesday, State Police arrested a 20-year-old Rochester Institute of Technology student and charged hm sending nude pictures of himself to a 16-year-old girl.
Police say Cody Turner, an RIT student from Overbrook, Kansas, sent nude pictures and sexual comments through text messages to a 16-year-old living in Canandaigua in Ontario County this past April. Turner has been charged with first degree disseminating indecent material to minors and endangering the welfare of a child.
Turner was taken to Ontario County Jail in lieu of $10,000 bail and is due back in court on May 23rd.
