The former owner of Adelphia cable and his son, will not walk free anytime soon.
A federal appeals judge in New York City has upheld the prison term given to John and Timothy Rigas, saying they were appropriate.
John Rigas, 84, was sentenced to 15 years in prison, and Timothy was sentenced to 20, after they were convicted of using Adelphia as their personal piggy bank.
