Case against mentor sent to grand jury

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - The case against a mentor accused in a sex attack on a teen boy will go to a grand jury.

Last month Buffalo Police arrested 44-year-old Phillip Young and charged him with sexual abuse.

The registered sex offender managed to get a job with the Buffalo Urban League in 2000.

Police say he connected with a family he worked with, and molested a 13-year-old boy last August.
