Shooting victim finds police for help

BUFFALO, NY (WIVB) - Buffalo Police Homicide Detectives continue to investigate Thursday afternoon's shooting that occurred at around 4:30pm.

29 year-old Wilson Marrero of Buffalo remains in critical condition at ECMC today.

The Buffalo Police Narcotics Unit was executing a search warrant in the 400 block of 7th Street when Marrero pulled up and told the officers that he had been shot.

The officers administered first aid before he was transported to ECMC.

Detectives believe Marrero was shot multiple times while in the vehicle.
