WARSAW, N.Y. (WIVB) - The Wyoming County Sheriff's Office says five suspects have been arrested after an investigation into burglaries at three seasonal cabins in the Town of Sheldon.
The sheriff's office says the cabins have been burglarized multiple times between July 2011 and September 2012. Allegedly, multiple underage drinking parties also took place during the course of the investigation.
According to the sheriff's office, 44-year-old Joseph Spiritosanto, 39-year-old Keri Werbowski, 18-year-old Corey Allen, 18-year-old Brian Hastings and a 16-year-old male were all arrested.
Spiritosanto was already incarcerated in Wyoming County Jail. He was arrested at the jail and taken to Warsaw Court for arraignment. Spiritosanto was charged with felony third-degree burglary, two counts of felony fourth-degree grand larceny, four counts of second-degree criminal trespass and attempted petit larceny.

Werbowski, Allen, Hastings and the 16 year old were all arrested at their residence in the Town of Sheldon. Werbowski was charged with two counts of felony third-degree burglary. Werbowski was also charged with felony criminal tampering with physical evidence, three counts of fourth-degree criminal mischief, petit larceny, fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property, six counts of first-degree unlawfully dealing with a minor and fourth-degree endangering the welfare of a child.
Allen is facing two counts of felony third-degree burglary, felony criminal tampering with physical evidence, third-degree criminal trespass, petit larceny, fourth-degree criminal mischief and first-degree unlawfully dealing with a minor.
Hastings and the 16-year-old male are facing third-degree criminal trespass charges.
