Teen accused of raping fellow student

NIAGARA FALLS, N.Y. (WIVB) - A junior at Niagara Falls High School is accused of raping a fellow student.
A 14 year old girl claims a boy sexually assaulted her in a stairwell while school was in session in October.
The suspect claims they were in a budding relationship and she agreed to meet him in the stairwell.
He's charged with first degree rape, as police continue their investigation.
