A teenager in the southern tier admits to his role in a riot at a children's home.
Seventeen-year-old Raymond Neville pleaded guilty Monday to rioting and criminal mischief.
Prosecutors say he took part in an uprising at the Randolph Children's Home in Cattaraugus County, back in may that put the community on high alert.
Neville will be sentenced in January.
