BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - A toll collector, accused of threatening an anti-toll activist, has been kicked to the curb by the State Thruway Authority.
David Zelonis has been fired for misconduct.
He's accused of sending threatening emails to Rus Thompson, who's leading the drive to get rid of the Grand Island tolls.
Zelonis is charged with criminal harrassment.
