Troopers arrest prostitute in Clarence

CLARENCE, N.Y. (RELEASE) - On March 11th, 2010 at approx. 9:45 AM, members of SP Clarence were called to a disturbance at the Three Crown Motel, 10220 Main St. in the Town of Clarence.

When Troopers arrived they were flagged down by Michelle R. Edwards, age 44, of 370 Curtis St., Buffalo. Also interviewed was Archie P. Tobias Jr., a resident of the Three Crowns Motel. Investigation revealed that Tobias solicited Edwards on Utica St., Buffalo, to engage in sex at his residence.

Edwards was arrested on the following charges: Prostitution, False Personation. She was also arrested on an active City of Buffalo Arrested warrant for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th. Edwards was arraigned before Town Justice Ferrell and committed to the Erie County Holding Center in lieu of $5,000 cash, $10,000 bond bail. She is to appear in the Town of Clarence court March 16th, 2010 at 5PM. Tobias was arrested for Patronizing a Prostitute 3rd Degree. He is to appear in the Town of Clarence Court march 23rd, 2010, 5PM.
