RIPLEY, N.Y. (WIVB) - State Police say they arrested a man and a woman for contacting each other excessively. According to police, 20-year-old Adrianna Samlock, of Clymer, and 19-year-old Keith Tilyou, of Ripley, contacted police several times reporting that the other was contacting them excessively.
Police say neither party wanted the other party to be arrested, so they were given verbal warnings to refrain from contacting each other. Police say they both ignored police and continued to “contact and annoy each other,” and were arrested.
Police said Samlock and Tilyou were both arrested for second-degree aggravated harassment.
