One man taken to hospital

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - Police are investigating an overnight shooting on Buffalo's west side.
It happened around 1:30 Sunday morning on Congress Street near Potomac.
26 year old, Ismael Martinez of East Ferry Street was sitting in the driver's seat of a vehicle when a suspect walked up and shot him.
He was taken to ECMC and remains in critical condition.
