TONAWANDA, N.Y. (WIVB) - The family of Amanda Wienckowski is facing more trouble.

There are reports her stepfather, Kenneth Fink, has been arrested twice in the past week in the city of Tonawanda. He's reportedly accused of stealing from Wienckowski's mother. He's also accused of driving with a suspended license.

Wienckowski's family has been desperately searching for answers after she was found dead in a Buffalo garbage tote in 2009. Her death remains under investigation.
