LOCKPORT, N.Y. (WIVB) - A woman in Lockport is accused of having sex with a 14-year-old boy.
30-year-old Debra Wise is charged with rape and child endangerment. Police say she and the teen were having sex outdoors near the canal on Friday night, while his 15-year-old friend watched. An officer says he caught them in the act after the boy's friend came walking out of the woods.
