BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - A woman charged in connection with a New Year's Day stabbing is due back in court Monday.

Police say 21-year-old Suzanne Grover slashed 29-year-old Lindsay Harmon in the eye outside a Buffalo Gay nightclub early New Year's day morning.

A grand jury is deciding whether the crime was motivated by bias against Harmon because she is gay.
