BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - A Florida woman remains locked up Saturday morning on $75,000 bail, after pleading not-guilty to an assault outside a gay nightclub.
A grand jury indicted 21-year-old Suzanne Grover for slashing Lindsay Harmon in the eye.
Grover claims she was defending herself against Harmon and another woman.
Grover will not face hate crime charges.
A trial is set for September.
