WILLIAMSVILLE, N.Y. (WIVB) - A man charged with building bombs at his home in Williamsville is out of jail for now.
Duncan Badding appeared for a detention hearing on Tuesday and was released on home confinement. He must remain in his parent's home and will be monitored electronically. He's facing federal and state charges.
Investigators say they found bomb-making materials when they raided his apartment in Williamsburg Square this summer.
Badding says he was merely interested in chemistry.
