BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - Buffalo community activist Darnell Jackson, the man who played a key role in the surrender of City Grill killer Riccardo McCray at Channel 4 studios, has been arrested.
Police say Jackson recently pointed a loaded shotgun at a man who was holding a 1-year-old boy. Police say Brandon Barker showed up at Jackson's house to collect payment for a job he did for the community activist.
Jackson has been charged with endangering the welfare of a child, criminal possession of a weapon and reckless endangerment. He's being held in the Holding Center on $20,000 bail.
