NAPOLI, N.Y. (WIVB) - Deputies arrested the driver of a full size tractor for DWI after he rolled it into a ditch.
The Cattaraugus County Sheriff's Office received a report of a tractor in a ditch on Route 242 in the Town of Napoli around 10:45 p.m. on Sunday. Upon arrival, deputies spotted the John Deere tractor in the ditch and say they interviewed 20-year-old William Fisher of Salamanca. Fisher was then arrested for aggravated DWI over .18 percent.
