CLARENCE, N.Y. (WIVB) - State Police Clarence Troopers responded to a call around 1:05 a.m. Sunday morning involving a car in the ditch.
They found 20 -year-old Matthew Frayne on Countyline Rd. where he was arrested following several roadside field sobriety tests in which he failed.
Troopers also found some marijuana and two beer cans in his vehicle.
Frayne was taken to the station and charged with DWI, Failure to Keep Right, Speed Not Reasonable and Prudent, Unlawful Possession of Marihuana, and Possession of Alcohol by Person Under 21.
The Alden man is to appear in the Town of Clarence Court on January 1st, 2013.
