FORESTVILLE, N.Y. (WIVB) - The Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office says a Forestville man was arrested early Thursday morning, after his vehicle was spotted striking a deer. The sheriff’s office says the incident happened on Mosher Hollow in the Town of New Albion.
Authorities say 50-year-old Bradley A. Mason was arrested for felony DWI, DWI over .08 percent and open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle after the incident. He was processed and released, and is due back in Town of Albion Court at a later date.
