LIMESTONE, N.Y. (WIVB) - An Allegany driver is facing charges after a property damage accident Saturday evening in the Village of Limestone. The Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office says 56-year-old Rodney B. Kelley’s vehicle hit a parked vehicle on Main Street.
Deputies say Kelley was charged with DWI, Aggravated DWI .18 percent of higher and moving from a lane unsafely. He is set to appear in Carrollton Town Court at a later date.
