CLARENCE, N.Y. (WIVB) - State Police say a Clarence man refused to take a breath test, after being arrested for DWI.
Police say they stopped 25-year-old Stefan Tservranckx for speeding while on Ransom Road. Police say Tservranckx was found to be under the influence of alcohol and was arrested for DWI.
According to police, he was taken to State Police in Clarence, where he refused to take a breath test. He is set to appear in court later this month.
