Alleged prison drug smuggler vindicated

WARSAW, NY (WIVB) - On March 27th, 44-year-old AnnMarie Pisarek of Oakfield was arrested and charged with having prescription pills in her car while visiting an inmate at the Attica Correctional Facility.
Pisarek went to court, where it was confirmed she had a prescription for the medications found by authorities in her vehicle. She was charged with having a prescription outside of its original container and charged $50.
The other charges against her were dropped.
