BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - Detectives have arrested the man they say is responsible for a deadly shooting on November 10 in Riverside.
Twenty-four-year-old Rashiene Carson of Lockport was sitting in the back seat of a car parked at a gas station at Ontario Street and Skillen Avenue around 1 a.m. on November 10 when he was shot and killed. Buffalo Police took 23-year-old Charles Tubbins into custody without incident on Thursday at Thruway Lanes in Cheektowaga.
Police say Tubbins is being held in the Erie County Holding Center without bail on two counts of second degree murder, two counts of attempted robbery and criminal possession of a weapon.
