NIAGARA FALLS, N.Y. (WIVB) - Niagara Falls Police have issued an arrest warrant for a suspect wanted in connection to a drive-by shooting that left a toddler with serious injuries.
Thirty-two-year-old Willie Scott, Jr. is sought on charges of first degree assault and criminal mischief. Police say Scott, who is also known as "Boo" and "Tony," is the suspected gunman who shot at a man in a vehicle at Hometown Market on Pierce Avenue on November 27, striking a 2-year-old girl sitting in the backseat in the face.

Scott is a 5'9" black male and weighs around 265 pounds. He has tattoos on the backs of both of his hands. His last known address was 2406 LaSalle Avenue in Niagara Falls.
