ATTICA, N.Y. (WIVB) - Three Attica prison guards are not off the hook for charges of gang assault.

New indictments have been handed up against Keith Swack, Sean Warner and Matthew Raddemacher. A fourth man who was originally charged has not been re-indicted.

A judge initially dismissed the charges last year, citing improper evidence presented by the prosecution. But prosecutors were allowed to present the case again and they did.

The guards are accused of attacking an inmate in 2011.
