BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - An attorney admits to stealing more than $82,000 of sales tax he collected at his used car business Motorsport Buffalo.
The District Attorney’s Office says 53-year-old Daniel Glaser admitted to stealing to money between June 2006 and February 2011. Glaser is also accused of having a forged license plate.
Glaser pleaded guilty to third-degree grand larceny and second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument. Glaser has been automatically disbarred from practicing law. His sentencing is scheduled for January.
