WARSAW, N.Y. - A Wyoming County man is facing multiple charges for allegedly driving under the influence with an invalid license.
Wyoming County Sheriff’s deputies said it all started on December 21st when 35-year-old Jeffrey Murphy, of Warsaw, struck a street sign at the intersection of Oatka and Keeney Road in the Town of Warsaw. Authorities said Murphy continued to Route 19 in South Warsaw and used his vehicle to force three southbound vehicles off the road.
Murphy was pulled over and arrested on South Main Street in the Village of Warsaw. He’s charged with a felony, aggravated unlicensed operation, misdemeanor DWI, misdemeanor aggravated DWI, leaving the scene of a property damaging accident and aggravated unlicensed operation.
Murphy is scheduled to appear in Warsaw Court in January.
