"Bags of Money" conviction affirmed

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - Tobias Boyland, the notorious debt collector who goes by the street name "Bags of Money," will remain put behind bars.
The New York State Court of Appeals affirmed his conviction on Tuesday. Prosecutors say Boyland operated a debt collection agency that used scare tactics. He's also serving time for weapons possession.
