BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - A Buffalo man will spend over seven years in jail for robbing two banks.

Philip Purdue, 34, robbed the Jamestown Savings Bank in October 2010 and the Fidelity Bank in Kings Mountain, North Carolina in November 2010. In both cases, prosecutors say Purdue brandished a firearm at tellers.

On top of 90 months in jail, Purdue was also ordered to pay $5,120 in restitution.
