WEST SENECA, N.Y. (WIVB) - A West Seneca woman could spend the next 40 years behind bars after admitting she was planning on selling cocaine from the bar where she was a regular customer.
Back in November of 2010, authorities searched the Winchester Grill on Harlem Road in West Seneca and seized over 500 grams of cocaine. On Monday, 39-year-old Caroline Stuchal pleaded guilty in federal court to intending to distribute the drugs from Chuggers, a bar in West Seneca. Stuchal admitted her husband and co-defendant Vincent Stuchal provided the cocaine.
Vincent Stuchal was convicted in August and is awaiting sentencing. His wife faces a maximum sentence of 40 years behind bars when she is sentenced.
